As a Project Manager on Dotdash Meredith's in-house creative team, I led the planning and execution of the Dove Boost x Maman event. I coordinated cross-functional teams, managed timelines, and ensured seamless collaboration between Dove, Maman, and internal stakeholders. My responsibilities included overseeing event logistics, content creation, and post-event analysis to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.​

Objective: The Dove Boost x Maman event aimed to promote Dove's new Boost product line through an engaging experience that resonated with our target audience. We aimed to increase brand awareness, drive product trials, and foster positive brand associations by partnering with Maman, a popular lifestyle brand known for its chic and inviting atmosphere.​\

Result: The event attracted over 200 attendees, exceeding our initial target by 25%. Attendee feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with 90% rating the event as excellent or above. Social media engagement saw a 40% increase during the event week, with over 1,000 mentions using our branded hashtag. Post-event surveys indicated a 30% lift in purchase intent among attendees.
